Frankii Higgs

Frankii joined the practice in February 2024 as an Optical Assistant, after previous roles as an early years practitioner. Her friendly and compationate nature was apparent whilst she cared for Joseph Dunstone at nursery.

She works as part of our team to assist in the provision and delivery of high standard Optometry services to patients. In particular, by providing front of house services to a high level. Her roles are numerous and include clinic coordination, ordering spectacles and contact lenses, assisting with spectacle dispensing, visual fields screening, eye pressure measurement and retinal photography and scanning.

Frankii lives in Hadleigh and enjoys many hobbies in her free time.
